Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
1. A 50% non – refundable deposit is required to secure the event/date booked. This is
payable within 7 days of receipt of invoice and a copy of the signed terms and conditions
must be returned with your deposit.
2. The balance of all monies outstanding are due 48 HOURS BEFORE the event.
3. If you are booking within 7 days of your event date, a full payment is required by
credit/debit card.
4. We reserve the right to cancel the event if full payment has not been received 48 hours
before the start time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. You will be charged for the number booked or number that sign in, which ever is greater.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations are required in writing, the following charges will apply:
14 days: 50% of invoice value due
7-14 days: 75% of invoice value due
0-7 days: Full payment due
RESCHEDULED EVENTS
Any fully paid event may be rescheduled, at the discretion of Swindon Karting Ltd, subject to
availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any function without any liability to Swindon Karting Ltd for reasons including but not limited to:
1. The premises or any part of them have to be closed for any reason beyond our control.
2. The Customer is already in arrears with any payment due.
3. The Customer becomes insolvent or is adjudged bankrupt.
4. If in our opinion the track becomes unsafe to drive, due to reasons beyond our control.
SECURITY
1. Any delegates taking part in an event at Swindon Karting Centre may be excluded from
taking part if there is evidence of alcohol or drugs having been consumed by them prior to
the event.
2. Swindon Karting Ltd. reserve the right to refuse entry or evict persons from an event or the
site at their discretion.
3. Participants in all activities at Swindon Karting Ltd. take part at their own risk and will be
asked to sign a disclaimer on arrival.
4. Any wilful damage by clients/guests will be charged for.
